Intellectual property

Every image, painting, and design on this site is the original work of Rita Irvin and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a painting or print transfers ownership of the physical piece only. It does not transfer copyright, and it does not grant any right to reproduce, print, scan, photograph for resale, or otherwise copy the image, in whole or in part, for commercial use.

Site content, including photographs of the artwork, product text, and the Rita Irvin Fine Art name, may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Product information

Colors, texture, and finish may appear differently on a screen than in person, due to differences in monitors, lighting, and photography. Dimensions listed are approximate. Every piece is handmade and one of a kind; minor variation from the photographed piece should be expected and is not a defect.

Products are sold as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, beyond what is stated in this notice or required by law.

Limitation of liability

Rita Irvin Fine Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a product, including but not limited to damage occurring after delivery. Total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

This site and its contents are provided without warranty of any kind. Rita Irvin Fine Art does not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title for any item purchased passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. See the Shipping Policy for the process to follow if an item is damaged or lost in transit.

Payment and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Rita Irvin Fine Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the piece.

By using this site, you agree to hold Rita Irvin Fine Art harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law
