Shared CurrentOriginal Mixed Media Painting

Six women in one current, and a single gold fish passing between two of them.

Shared Current is a new original, finished in October 2026. Each figure is painted in her own color: yellow, slate gray, rust, deep brown, pink and pale gold. They stand close enough that arms and knees overlap. Pale fish skeletons are drawn in white along the lower left, and the background moves from deep blue on one side to lilac and blush on the other.

At just over three feet across, it holds a wall on its own, above a bed or a sofa or at the end of a hallway. The slate floating frame leaves a thin shadow line around the canvas, so it arrives ready to hang.

From November 1 to 30 it hangs at Studios of Cocoa Beach, if you want to see it in person. Until then it can ship straight to you.
